Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Bailee’s passion for makeup was sparked at an early age by icons like Ann-Margret, Audrey Hepburn, and '90s legends Kate Moss and Gwen Stefani. After earning her degree in Communications, Art, and Art History from the University of Arizona—and enjoying a scholarly jaunt in London—she made a beeline for New York City, where she immersed herself in its vibrant culture for nearly a decade.

Bailee’s career began in marketing at Audemars Piguet, but the allure of the beauty industry proved irresistible. As a child, she devoured Kevyn Aucoin’s books and was the go-to glam guru for her friends. Yet it wasn’t until a serendipitous encounter with a renowned makeup artist in her mid-20s that she realized her passion could transform into a career. Taking the plunge, she attended the Makeup Forever Academy and devoted herself to assisting top artists and honing her craft.

Over the past decade, she has worked across New York and Los Angeles, contributing her talent to prestigious events like New York and Milan Fashion Weeks, as well as for clients attending the Met Gala, Oscars, and Emmys. Her impressive portfolio boasts collaborations with brands like Gucci, Paige Denim, and La Mer, alongside features in renowned publications such as Vogue, Flaunt, Schon, and Vman.

Now based in the charming neighborhood of Los Feliz in Los Angeles, Bailee brings positive energy and professionalism to every project.
